Spring/Summer 2010
The Latest...
March and April
Our first SNL (Sunday Night Lutherans) Youth Night was a success! Divinity Lutheran is coupling with Parma Lutheran to provide fun and faith-filled gatherings on select Sundays throughout the year. We meet from 5-7:30pm to share food, fellowship, music, devotional time, and more with one another. Grades 9-12 are encouraged to come out and join us! Your friends are most welcome! Dinner provided!
In mid March, the Sr. High Youth enjoyed a much needed break from all the fund raising at the Sr. High "Overnighter" at the church.
By April, they were back in action at the Habitat for Humanity Walk which raises funds for the Habitat house being built throughout this summer.
May
A group of our Sr. High Youth helped serve a meal at the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland, as well as, put on a mini-carnival for the younger kids in the church.
At the end of May, many of the Sr. High Youth participated in Youth Sunday at both the 9:00 am and 11:00am services. They also took some time to recognize their peers who graduated this year during a Senior Appreciation Moment during the services.

Upcoming events...
June
- Mid month, many youth will be helping out with Vacation Bible School at Divinity!!! They will volunteer for everything from classroom aides to helping run outdoor games.
- "SNL" (Sunday Night Lutherans") and other Sr. High Youth will be heading to Cedar point at the end of this month
- Our younger youth are headed to Camp Mowana this month as well! We pray for all of them and hope the experience is blessed with many fun and exciting experiences.
July
- A small group of our youth and their families will be participating in the Relay for Life hosted by Tri-C in Parma, OH.
- Our Sr. High Youth (grades 9-12) will be heading off to Camp Mowana towards the end of this month and we wish them all the best. We pray that their week is filled with new friends and Christ-centered fellowship with one another.
August
- Our Sr. High Youth are heading to Colorado at the beginning of this month! We are praying for safe travels and amazing experiences throughout this trip...
- "SNL" and other Sr. High Youth will wind down the summer with a camp out!
