Welcome to Divinity!
The mission of Divinity Lutheran Church is to glorify God and extend His kingdom by living and proclaiming His truth in the world.
Divinity was established in 1948 in Parma Heights with an initial membership of 73 parishoners.
Today, we’ve grown into a faith community of over 1,300 people of all ages, engaged in a wide spectrum of community service, fellowship and ministry.
Divinity is a people and place where you can nurture your relationship with God and his people. We offer ministries for each stage of life from baptism to first communion, confirmation, marriage, parenting, the homebound, and those in nursing homes.
Additionally, parishoners have many opportunities to engage in fellowship and loving outreach to families, the community and the world, through programs like Voyagers, Women of the Church, and Arts in Action.
Children are welcome and encouraged to participate in our worship service. On the second and fourth Sundays of each month, a special message for children is offered during worship.
We hope to see you soon.

Welcome to Divinity – a people and a place of hope, healing and prayer!
My family and I arrived here in June of 2003 after serving congregations in North Dakota and Nebraska for 18 years. Having been raised in Medina County, near Valley City, it was good to come back to my home territory.
Divinity is a special place of faith, support and fellowship. Whether you're a parisioner or are considering joining us, I invite you to browse the site's resources to make your visit with us more meaningful.
